Need to take legal action against flipkart

Hi,
I bought a perfume from flipkart it costed 3k, the perfume is however duplicate, it doesnt last for more than 10 minutes.
Same perfume bought from a offline store lasts the entire day.
I bought it from a flipkart assured seller, SuperComNet, thinking that i would get original.
When i raised the concern with them, they are not ready to refund or replace the item, as they say it is a non returnable item.
I want to know what legal action i can take against flipkart and SuperComNet, and if any one could help me out with the process

First thing is, it’s very tough to prove your claim. How will you? Is there any visible difference for the counterfeit product? Only duration is not gonna help here.

Try to write to their escalation team as a feedback/ grievance to your purchase and wait for their response. Better to contact through social media viz. Twitter etc. If they still don’t buzz, then better to leave it with that and not to purchase the same again from them. And as we speak of India, we all know how things go with the legal fraternity. Proceed only if you’ve got some good contacts. Else, keep it minimum for your own good. Shit happens!
