Neef help Amazon 3rd party seller order

I have placed an order on 22 nov for OPPO F11 PRO without offer it was shown as 15999 after bank discount… the seller has updated first flight tracking id but on courier website it shows invalid id… Amazon is not ready to contact seller over the call just sending mail n advising to wait 2 days … seller has not responded any mail from Saturday… Amazon says my money is directly paid to seller account… has anyone faced such issue how to deal with this to get refund or product at the earliest… please help

It takes sometime for the tracking ID to get activated (Carrier Server side)
When did seller update the shipping status?
And who is the seller?

What about the return policy of the seller?
About the payment reimbursement, you got in touch with some noob support assistant. Reimbursement won’t happen until the return period is done!

No money is transferred directly to seller.
Unless the return period is over it remains pending and not paid to seller by Amazon for customer protection.

for most sellers that is how it is.
many FBA sellers though, even on direct phone call, would often be very chilled, unconcerned.

either it was indeed so, or they were made to believe (by Amazon people, agents) that Fulfilled by Amazon is as good as “you will get paid”.

so once i asked some (Tupperware type items) seller that what if, in Amazon’s warehouse stock gets damaged, lost? how are you telling us that we just need to contact Amazon’s support?
we (buyers) also have the negative review weapon.

they calmly explained that stock returns happen in everugh industry.
and once Amazon takes it off our premises, they insure or whatever, the liability (of loss, damage) is their’s or reimbursed by insurance even if ours.
They then added, that they have products even under “Easy Ship” (Amazon coerces sellers to use the “delivered by Amazon” tag) which they pay for to Amazon.
snd both, FBA and non FBA but delivered by Amazon, cone with Amazon support. as in, they tell the sellers that you pay us to stock/deliver and we (Amazon) will (as per terms) provide the buyers all support on your behalf.
so in a nutshell, they care two pence except to much impact on their “returns ratio”.

we reminded them of, what about we/others leaving a 1 or 2 star review
and they again coolly elaborated that unless it is sold and semi fulfilled by us, Amazon would remove (scratch) the feedback stating that the delivery experience or giving righr product was Amazon’s responsibility.
Sellers simply report/contest most negative feedbacks.
Only feedbacks of bad service or wrong products from “seller fulfilled” orders are allowed to remain.

few years back, Amazon depreciated the need for seller’s approval in most categories.
So only that ratio is of concern to them.
Even then, and this… sadly our iwn relatives themselves😔😖 told, that often if theh don’t like the buyer ir they want to keep good performance mattices.. they themselves create minor defects on the items or smudge/scratch it or use photoshop and claim that the returned item is different/fake or in “unsaleable condition”.

Amazon needs sellers too.
So they reimburse the seller, even if buyer already got their refund.

So when or how much the seller gets paid (net of fees, commissions) depends, varies.

P.S. have you checked the sellers ratings and feedbacks? do check thoroughly cuz sometimes the fake sellers make fake customer accounts and give higher ratings to themselves.
I’ve been through this headache earlier but thankfully got my money back.

Today there is no need to create fake account when anyone can get genuine reviews and ratings with a nominal price and even amazon top reviewers are into this dirty business.

Spoke to Amazon customer care supervisor she advised that I can raise a to z guarantee after 3 days from the date of expected delivery date…. No one is ready to contact seller over the call after Making so many escalation…. Seller not responding any mails…. On 1 dec I have to apply for the a to z guarantee dispute then they will investigate and refund within 2 week

My mistake while placing order it was shown as just launched new seller no ratings blindly placed order by paying from CC …BUT AMAZON mobile app did not show as I m placing order with 3rd party seller I was surprised after placing order I got to know this

No option to cancel this order… Only we can send mail to seller n seller is not responding any mails…. even Amazon customer care cannot cancel this even they can send mail to seller…. Worst experience with Amazon first time

FBA is just to make process fast and make product reach customer fast. Yes once products are sent in FBA it’s amazon responsibility to maintain them and thats what they take extra money for as a rent but any faulty products are sent back upon quality check yes they pay reimbursement if it happened in their store.
Yes anything about the delivery is FBA problem but quality of the product is solely responsibility of seller and it will not remove those negative review.
This negative power can also be misused by competitors so yes sometimes amazon removes false review upon seller request.
Their system is not temper proof lots of frauds are done and thats what seller are paid reimbursement for delivery guys steal products customer even do that to compensate for loss of seller it is paid and your relative told it very right seller make false claims of damage, item missing and other but it won’t go long if done too much.
And they have another program named seller flex where seller uses his own warehouse to send delivery directly and with a FBA tag that saves extra cost.

What I did is in desktop login there was option called problem with order under this I selected request refund and added comments and submitted yesterday night today morning I got above mail
