Say, I tend to pay approx 1.5L for a bike and outlets should accept UPI (merchant). So, in 3 installments I pay using Rupay CC (neu infinity), effective CB should be 2250, right? (done within an hour using different UPI handles to reduce failures/limit cap)
What are the other options available considering I have the following cards : HDFC millennia, neu infinity, onecard, SBI SClick, CB
* BharatQR is considered online payment I guess... (and SBI cb card might give 5%) but dealer might back out or jack up prices through it, any real life experiences? What is the best app for BharatQR (if available with dealer)?

Any UPI Spends on Rupay Credit Card (Including partner Tata Brands) will fetch 1.5% back as NeuCoins (max of 500 NeuCoins per calendar month)
https://www.hdfcbank.com/content/bbp/repositori...
Simply Click will give 1RP per 100 on offline so 1.5L will fetch only 1500 Rps and 1RP is 0.25 Re so final will be Rs.375
Neu Infinity will fetch 1.5% neu coins so for 1.5L it will Rs. 2250
SBI CB will fetch only 1% (offline) so Rs. 1500 but can help to achieve 2L spends for the year to save on 999+GST renewal fees
HDFC Millenia will also fetch 1% so Rs. 1500 but you can get a 1000 voucher for spending 1L in a quarter so 2500
No info on One Card and UPI as online for SBI CB card 5% as haven't tried it.. based on the above info, Millenia will be best interms of CB when swiped offline and other card that I can think of is Axis ACE for flat 2% offline spends so Rs. 3000
Aware of that 500 cap (infact cited tnc myself) but @abhishek012 insisted still not implemented yet... @arundass007378 @dibo

Its count under online payment.
Agnivo007 wrote:oh ok but why take a risk 😃 plus Millennia CC seems better 2500 CB vs 2250 via UPI or direct via Tata Neu CC offlineAware of that 500 cap (infact cited tnc myself) but @abhishek012 insisted still not implemented yet... @arundass007378 @dibo

SBI Cashback credit card give 5% cashback on Bharat QR, scan & pay payment. Many users already verified but personally not tried.
Its count under online payment.
Daily upi limit is 1l i believe. Probably wont be able to pay full amount same day. But yeah, 500 limit not implemented and getting full cashback till now

Millennia has a monthly capping of 1000 points only. Plus it's 1% offline so for 1.5L it will be 1500(if at all) not 2500.

I want to pay school fees this month. The school has Bharat QR code. If I pay through SB CARD will that count as online payment, any idea?

Bharat QR scan may be considered online, but don't forget that Education related MCCs have been excluded from any Cashback. So, you're not going to get any Cashback SBI Cashback card
@Agnivo007 Scan and pay with SBI CB card. The dealer has no way to know which card you are using. If he is not charging extra for scanning go for it. Just make sure to spread it across 2 statements if possible as you are paying in installments as i understand. 1lac itself will fill the quota of 5k cashback.
I have scanned and paid at apparel/medical stores and got 5%.
PS - the scan feature of sbi card app is buggy, it sometimes shows that txn not allowed for 24 hours even when the app was installed since my previous birth 😉Add the card to gpay and then scan from it.
How can we use SBI CB credit card with scan pls explain
Fanil wrote:you are right about capping as I got confused with SmartBuy limit of 1000, also what I meant was 1500 for 1% CB (which is now 1000 due to capping) and for 1L transaction in a quarter you get 1000 voucher (I went with Amazon) as milestone so 1500 (CB) + 1000 (Voucher) which is now 1000(CB) + 1000 (voucher) = 2000Millennia has a monthly capping of 1000 points only. Plus it's 1% offline so for 1.5L it will be 1500(if at all) not 2500.
Also note that the merchant should be under P2M category and not P2P.
Means if he as simply created his UPI for personal use and just added his saving account. Then You wont get option to pay using your credit card, you'll see only your bank accounts for payment.
If he has registered as business QR then only you'll get an option to choose your CC for payment to him.
I paid yesterday, the limit is 1L/day.

you can do this via the scan feature in the sbi card app or via normal scan and pay in gpay. For gpay you will need to add in you card beforehand like you add a bank account. The QR has to be bharat qr for credits cards to work, you will only get upi option in gpay and sbi app wont recognize the QR otherwise. Just try scanning and if credit card shows, you have got a bharat qr.
@Agnivo007 doesn't matter which bank the bharat QR belongs to. I have used it on a payzapp bharat qr which was by hdfc at a medical store.
how to distinguish Bharat QR code?
