Never pay any advance to Jio

I was at home for a day. And, for installation of Jio Fiber for my parents, I registered on Jio website and paid 99/- for fixing schedule for 10th Mar (You need to pay for fixing the schedule). But, there was no show/representation from Jio on 10th.
The refund should have been processed automatically. But, got refund. So, raised the complaint to CC. But, got no proper response.
So, escalated the complaint to Appellate Authority on 16-Mar. But, till date, no refund is received. As per Jio website, Appellate authority need to resolve the issue within 39 days. But, they are sending the same response again and again - 'Escalated the issue to the concerned team and waiting for response'.
They have no intention to refund the amount.

Already registered the complaint with consumer helpline website but, still no status change/update.
Let's see but, don't have high hopes with current govt computerized system.
Lots of initiatives but, no proper implementation.
If you paid via credit card then request for a charge back the credit card company that is HDFC Bank ICICI Bank etc
But, got refund?
If you got refund then chill pill
Now There are no charges for booking jio fiber on website or app
JIO is pathetic.... no way to raise problem with outage... call drops are frequent... pathetic 4G inspite they are implementing 5G... monoply
Reliance is in mass production, no focus on service be it mobile or broadband.
