Download babycenter app. Enter correct dob of baby and read timeline every day about her development. App is UK based but still you’ll learn many thing. Best app acc to me.
Get health insurance for baby, include her in family plan asap.
Open a sukanya(girl child) savings account for her higher studies asap.

As for suggestions no one else can give guidance better than own parents , grand parents ,
saying this because they know the family history ,heredity , and family kids.
Some might laugh at this, but believe me each child is different in many other ways than the common seen ways.
Family habits ,likes , dislikes , mood swings , joy ,temper ,health issues and its resolutions and solutions ,eating habits are all to be considered because all this are more or less passed thru generation.

AVOID online channels , apps as much as possible and learn from parents or close senior family members

Few Suggestions if You like.

You Should AVOID  Olive Oil , Mineral Oils , or packaged oils specially   for babies for massage of baby ,its just a marketing gimmick , we are population of 100 crore + without using it.
Use  Sesame oil , Mustard Oil , Coconut Oil , It will be even better if you get the cold pressed one or get oil extracted in front of you if possible.
Pure Almond oil is also good if pocket allows it.
Ubtans / Home made paste of gram flour, milk and similar thing to be used instead of Soaps ,
TALL CLAIMS of Soap marketing companies to be it as baby friendly should not be fallen at.
Mothers Breast Milk for atleast First Six months very much necessary. If some issues , Desi cow milk diluted with water to be feeded.

Cerelac and its likes a Big No No . Its just Another Marketing Gimmick . Homemade cereals and fruit pastes ( scrapped using spoon from the fruit itself without using mixie )will be best when after some months you start feeding the baby over and above milk.
Use of Jaiphal ( Nutmeg ) when baby has stomach discomfort or loose motion . Ask seniors at home or near your dwelling about its proportion and way .
Home made Sauf ka Pani also soothes babies stomach . Consult Seniors on its ways.
Jeera ( cummin seeds ) laddoos to mother for good quality and quantity milk for the baby.
Goond laddo for overall health of the baby mother.
Peace of Mind for the Baby Mother ,
and Too Use Every Piece of Mind for the Baby Father

Give some dedicated off time to your wife, say after you return from work, take full ownership of the baby for 2-4 hours so that your wife can relax or do some other thing. Handling a baby non-stop can be very stressful. Sharing some workload would help de stress her and also help you bond well with the kid.

Only other thing I can say is NEVER name your kid like Sweety, Pappi, Twinkle, Pinky, kinda nonsensical names.
And Congrats! I wanna have a baby girl when I get married too someday!
