I went with ICICI for my new car. I initiated the conversation through chat and got everything I wanted at a price lesser than the dealer's quote.
Regarding, NCB transfer if your old car's insurance is already transferred, you could reach out to the old insurer and ask for the certificate. It can be obtained without transfer, but you need to either pay the NCB discount amount or cancel that policy's own damage cover.
