Paytm in desperate need for money !!!

Following charges are to levied for wallet maintenance & loading money in wallet.
Details are as below
(A) CHARGES TO BE LEVIED ON LOADING PAYTM WALLET .∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆
(1) All transactions of loading money into wallet via Credit Card will be charged up to 2.5% (inc. of GST).
(2) All transactions of loading money into wallet using American Express, Corporate Card or Prepaid Card, will be charged up to 3% (inc. of GST).
(3)A surcharge of up to 2% will be applicable on users who have added money in their wallet using Credit, Corporate or Prepaid Card and taken it to the bank account for an amount greater than or equal to INR 5000 per month, in the current or either of the last three calendar months.
(4)Adding money to Wallet through Net Banking (other than through Paytm Payments Bank) will be charged up to 1.5% (exc. of GST).
(5) Adding money to paytm wallet via UPI is free.
(B) PAYTM WALLET MAINTENANCE CHARGES. ∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆
(1) A nominal maintenance fee will be charged to all users each quarter for maintenance of their Paytm Wallet from 1 January 2023. This fee will be waived off for users who have made at least one Wallet transaction in the last 2 years.
(2) Full KYC users will be charged a fee of INR 15 per quarter (excl. GST), while all other users will be charged INR 5 per quarter (excl. GST).

I can’t understand half the terms here: please answer as per scenario below:
1. I don’t load money via cc
2. I use Paytm only for UPI to do all transactions
3. Don’t use paytm bank account
4. Full kyc account from almost last decade
Will I be charged any fees here? Thanks.

Rotators should Load 10 lakhs in advance before the rules come into effect (pay 2% to get that money back to bank)

It seems Wallet maintenance charges are only on those account who are not using wallet actively .
So, loading via debit card remains free and millennia DC > wallet > CC bill payment is unaffected...
No info on line loading via debit card...or it's covered as part of bank

According to the shared details debit card ,UPI & merchant transactions are free but no specific comment on debit card is mentioned.

i meant to say loading money in payytm wallet as in gift voucher option as it has limited use vu for heads up
