With hp laptop you get free heater as well, other than omen model havent heard that hp laptop stay cool , company or Amazon will not replace it . They will say it's normal thing. You only can use some laptop cooler stand it will help regulate air better

Laptop is thin and lightweight but processor is H series, so heating is normal, you have to live with it. As for incorrect warranty, fill this form and they will correct it. Its common to have incorrect warranty because every laptop warranty will start in 3-6 months after shipment. Now its upto seller to sell laptop within that time frame. If seller sold laptop later then you have to contact HP and they will fix it.

41°C is high for the battery (unless it employs some ridiculously fast charging tech) but absolutely not for the CPU/GPU etc. Even if it's the skin temperature it would be totally fine. So which component's temp. you were referring to?

If It Heats Too Much... 1st Reason Is Ur Room Temperature... 2nd Reason Is Putting Laptop On Mattress So Fan Heat Does Not Go Out (Use Flat Surface Or Buy Laptop Stand)
