My new PAN Card has returned undelivered.
I have sent several emails and reminders to [email protected] but got no response. Those idiots keep responding back saying my pan was sent by india post on so and so date with tracking. It has already been returned back to NSDL.
I’ve even raised a complaint on following url since two weeks but no response from them either:

My application took about 3 days for processing. I applied online using Aadhaar. PAN Number was generated as soon as it was processed but PAN Card I haven’t received even after more than a month has passed.
Yes generally it takes 2-3 days only.if its taking too long then it might be some error in your attached document.
They aren’t sending my PAN Card again as confirmed by customer care executive over phone. They are now asking me to apply for a Reprint/Correction of PAN which is chargeable.
Can anyone help raise complaint or with some legal process? I’m fed up of writing to these bastards. I’m ready to initiate a legal process if someone can help; never done before.

Ppl get tired and loose hope but those sarkari ppl don’t even have the courtesy to initiate any kind help to the needy. All they know is how to buzz off the ppl from them.
Even I have faced similar situation when went to update my Aadhar details. Firstly, they said no correction done here. Then after few more conversations, they said correction form is over come back later after 25th Dec.
Raised issue with UID,IT dept on Twitter but no response since from both.

I asked because PGPortal guys took exactly one year to solve my Passport Complaint. The first response itself came after several months. Anyway.
Department specific timelines which are completely dependant on your luck and the person who handles your case
In my case with IPS (my cheque book went missing, showed delivered), I got a call from my area superintendent after 10-12 days and within hours of the call a person delivered the cheque book package

Aadhaar and complaints are two best friends ie if you face the first the second one comes uninvited
Twitter team of UIDAI is better than the email support but doesn’t help much, 1947 is bunch of illiterate they only know one answer and ie visit your nearest enrollment center.
And enrollment centers are new mushrooms in the world of corruption.

Everyone knows the reality of govt offices, still he shamelessly expects us to visit those offices and waste our time regularly. Every day he is up with a new a bullshit to link, from last 3 days i’ve been trying hard to get my aadhar form filled up and submitted, I end up coming back with a dull face, since they’ll accept only first 40 form per day. mere 40 forms per day, out of a 561,293 people in my city and its the only center in my city wow, 
you can understand the scene of that center, everyday its jam packed, only 40 forms are accepted

Indeed, it really is so pathetic I can’t describe it in words. I nearly got fainted, learning this “first 40 forms per day thing” 56" feels beside all this bullshit, we have nothing meaningful to do in life. Lemme describe how things works out there. People starts gathering from 8 am itself, I arrived at 8.30 and I saw 50+ ppl already. Counter opens at 9 am and peeps standing in queue are then given token in return, and only 40 such tokens exists. Just 40, everyone else is kicked on the butt New applicants needs to come next day and carry on that previous chain, and only those who came for corrections will only be helped out. After that you dont know when your token no. will be called, it can be called within mins or within hours also. So only 40 new forms will be filled in 6 hours, awesome isn’t it?. If we calculate 9 am -3 pm = 6 hours, this means in 45 mins they process only 5 forms, for 1 damn piece of paper they take 15 mins. Why dont u make more counters?, and only 1 center for 5 lakh+ ppl, he’s gone mad, seriously. Earlier, there used to be many private shops making aadhar but now they say govt have cancelled contract of all private dalals and we need to go to the center. I’ve been wasting my time since 3 days repeating all this in loop and ended up listening come early tomorrow, I womt try it again unless they start it doing online. Yaar me tumhare baap ka naukar hun kya jo 5 baje yahan aa jaaun, aur koi kaam to hai nhi muje iske ilawa. And then bhatks comes to rescue ohh see, he ’s doing all this for the black money and corrupts, my foot.
