Install new one. After registering on new, old one will deactivate and you will have to uninstall

It was processed even after session expire for me, shows payment history in pay my dues section. In card section not yet updated

Can't I do that on old app? I don't see anywhere in the app saying it's limited to 10k?

Also the new app it says online transactions limit is 2 Lakhs 

Also I can only transfer 5000 to bank account from PayZapp to bank. So you're screwed if paytm uber trick doesn't work.. The old app didn't have this limitation

New payzapp app only 1 lakh limit per month for paytm wallet load via Uber.

Load everytime 10k on new payzapp app and use.

Yes I got to know. My post was on hold for moderation for 2 whole days lol sorry. 

Newly launched payzapp app isn't working on couple of mobiles i tried. It's giving error 15.

Any idea what's the issue as their cc is dumber than bots. Gives entirely irrelevant replies.

Also if anyone can give new payzapp app support mail id and contact number, pl share. As old payzapp app support isn't helping with new app. May be both teams are separate.

Horrible customer support. I had removed old payzapp app and after receiving messages to use new, tried to use as it has some balance but stupid app get stuck after welcome screen post verification when it tries to fetch old data. 

Not sure if I need older version on my phone for that to happen but customer care is useless not providing any solution

Most disastrous launch of an app or product from any fintech ever.

Shame and disgrace for biggest private bank of the country. I feel it's high time people should start complaining to RBI so authorities can screw hdfc like earlier.

I have given so much of mouthfull to stupid cc. But it just made me lose my peace of mind. These guys are just bunch of jokers, good for nothing.

I have tweeted, mailed several times but those retards can't even understand basic English.

Don't know if payzapp and hdfc have given contract to people who worked for bsnl. Their incompetence is at unimaginable level.
