I don’t know much about these reports but one thing to note. In many cases report is showing negative but symptoms are there, such as cough, fever, vomit etc. They can be normal viral/flu but better take precautions. Keep tab on oxygen readings

It is a negative report.

For every batch of samples that they test, they put in one known positive sample and one known negative sample alongside.
The positive sample report should come as positive and negative sample report should come as negative. These are called controls.
Your report additionally mentions that controls have passed testing successfully, thats all.

Note: If there is discrepancy in report of known positive and known negative, the whole batch is tested again.
