most of China's human population is concentrated in its eastern half.
generally, its population density is high.
despite it making strides in other infrastructure, China's medical care facilities being crowded, getting overwhelmed in some parts at some times.. is not surprising, rare or new.

but desidime providing a platform for such things.. shows very poorly on desidime.
seven admin alerts were sent for similar jibes (about Napaakistan), where some members humoured each other by using similar cuss terms or abbreviations.
admins, moderators did precious little though.
why bother to do fake show-baazi.. for a Nirbhaya or a RG Kar victim or a dowry death victim then¿ when it is in our blood, in our DNA to devise cuss-words based on relations like mothers, sisters?
The sham, the 'doglapan', the charade.. is repulsive.
EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US is an equal participant in crimes of passion, crimes of perversion and other violent crimes.
It does not matter if society, judiciary only hold a handful of pests accountable.
None of us.. NONE OF US.. is any less criminal than any of the rapists, murderers, perpetrators of heinous crimes. none of us.

HMPV is prevelant in India since many years, it's not new. It's common cause of flu like problem in small kids.
