I got LTF offer for Tata neu Plus but rejected when I applied.

Don't know why, inspite having Experian score of 850 and Cibil of 786 (when I last checked in March) and having prior relationship with HDFC.

It could be due to some issue in address verification. My application was also rejected first (even after having relationship with HDFC and LTF under TataNeu app). After 2-3 weeks they automatically called me up to schedule another appointment and had the verification again. I got the card within 3-4 days after that.

I think some third party agency is doing the document verification and they have to complete both home and office address verification before going ahead with the application.

It shows under your tata Neu app. If it shows as LTF against your account, you can go ahead and apply to get it LTF.

My LTF Tataneu Infinity card application also approved recently and virtual card generated 2 days ago

But still I;m not able to generate PIN for the card through HDFC IVR call. Should I wait till physical card delivery?

May be. Still you have ample time to activate the card as per RBI guidelines (45 days if I am not wrong) so chill and wait till you receive the physical card.
