I got LTF offer for Tata neu Plus but rejected when I applied.
Don't know why, inspite having Experian score of 850 and Cibil of 786 (when I last checked in March) and having prior relationship with HDFC.

It could be due to some issue in address verification. My application was also rejected first (even after having relationship with HDFC and LTF under TataNeu app). After 2-3 weeks they automatically called me up to schedule another appointment and had the verification again. I got the card within 3-4 days after that.
I think some third party agency is doing the document verification and they have to complete both home and office address verification before going ahead with the application.

Like in tata neu app, for me it shows as 'We can't take your application ahead', does that change?

But still I;m not able to generate PIN for the card through HDFC IVR call. Should I wait till physical card delivery?

No. No digital card was generated for me and my card is still not visible in tata neu app. It still shows as LTF offer.
I couldn't find any customer service chat or anything in the neu app to escalate this. May be I should email them I guess. Let me know if you find a resolution.
