If you have done any transaction on your debit card during night time then expected delay in reward points crediting is 4-5 days same goes with redemption of points if redeemed in day time same day credit if redeemed during night your will get credit after 3 days, strange!!

Bank systems usually have huge bulk batch processings at night like charge settlements etc along with minor maintenance stuff like minor system updates/patching etc

paid bill on 1st march, haven’t received points for it. It was credited to axis card in 2 days. I hope they don’t change the dates after sunrise 😄

i have read somewhere that hdfc treats transaction done after 7PM as next day transaction for debit cards.

manually? copy-paste message support is not helpful at all. Can I email somewhere and avoid wasting my time? I have made another payment yesterday to SBI card to check if those points get credited
