Nike warranty clause

Yesterday I raised a request for warranty Claim with Nike for my newly purchased shoes. I bought it from Flipkart. Nike rejected my claim stating that the product was bought on a discount of 40 percent on MRP and warranty is not applicable on products purchased on discount more than 20 Percent on MRP. DO YOU THINK it’s fair ?

Yes, nike and most other foreign brands wont honour warranty for online purchases, 90% products online are fakes, better to purchase directly from a nike store if you want to have the warranty support

Also contact Flipkart with this mail screenshot, Flipkart would have promised you about 1 year manufacturer warranty while buying from them. Ask them to issue full refund as their promise is not honored by the manufacturing company.
