Niki Refund or Recharge Successful ?

Hi All,
I have done a jio recharge on Niki of 555 where paid through Google Pay ,
In first attempt Google Pay Upi shows transaction as " Payment in process" – but no debit from bank but upi Transaction generated ,
In second attempt Amount debited from bank and upi transaction generated – Recharge transaction not succeeded !
So here i want to know is google pay debit after some hours for first attempt ?
Is second attempted transaction will Niki do recharge successful or refund debited amount ?
Anyone faced same issue can post comment ,

No. It has to be instant. No delayed debit.
So i mean Google shows processing but not debited instantly for first transaction , so here Google pay debit.in 3 days or it will get status as failed "
You should get a refund for 2nd transaction, if the order status on Niki is failed.
First of all order not generated after amount debited , second.thing Niki is worst service as for debit transaction i have raised a ticket to refund , but instead of refund got double recharge, here Google pay status shows processing , it will be debited money from.bank.or not ?
Don’t use Google pay in any merchants transaction is best way. Google pay most time not refund.Personally faced after that not using Google pay for any merchants Transaction . Not give me refund raised ticket after ticket 9 months passed 1,200 goes to Google cheat fund
i thought google pay is no.1 upi app for transactions.
First time in 2019 , Google pay shit happened !
A medical Representative transferred 500/- to me & he told to return and tried and got error “processing” but actually after 5 days money reversed to me , he called me to pay immediately and finally paid again – this time got success !
So totally 7 days wasted in transferring 500/- 
And trust on me also compromised due to this Google Pay Shit.
Did Transaction of 500 for DTH Recharge through PayPal before 1 month still No Refund , No Recharge.
I purchased a gv from niki, i done my pyamnt thru paytm upi, but when i returned to niki it was still asking for paymnt any solution?

REFUND not received. Done transaction on 5th jan and raised 3 tickets and twitted in Twitter also but no response from niki .
