Conversational artificial intelligence platform Niki (Niki.ai) is shutting down operations, according to two sources aware of the development. This development comes several months after the Bengaluru-based startup had announced its overseas expansion plans in February.

It’s a Nice AI based platform…..Why isn’t anybody buying it?
May be bcoz of theiir debts.users abused them like hell, especially dimers.due to one small bug they lost huge amount in 5-6 hrs, in 2109 .since then they tried to recover but it was not happened.you can say another blown by dimers.some times i feel that it’s not a deals community.it’s a black hat community 😜
April/2019 m niki ko dimers ne esa luta aaj tak vo sadma tha niki ko ….tabse aajtk vo recover na ho paya aur tata ne dubara invest nhi kiya & now gone.
It was small funded startup…Niki had lost around 1-2 Crs in dimers loot. It was bound to happen as lot of operational costs in years. Since then Niki hadn’t given any offers ..

They did not know, how to increase the turnover. They would have survived, if they had CC to bank option.
Turnover and customer base are the only way to go into virtual profit zone and to get acquired.

Sadly we dimers shut it down 
The company was doomed. The bug was severe the lost crores (many dimers looted in tens of thousands) and also I’m sure no one expected it’d shut down or rather was in such a poor condition that this will cause it to shut down.
This was followed by COVID in less than a year.
Surely it’ll be missed. Miss the electricity bill offers !
What was the bug?
There were some test promo codes which gave FLAT 500 or 1000 off on recharge/bill payments I believe
I remember that day missed that loot because I overslept that day 
They also threatened to recover the money but too many people looted it was impossible for them to file case against hundreds of people due to a fault of theirs
What a stupid business model!
Charging convenience fee on top was a disaster. Without any promotions, cheaper to pay/recharge directly from Apps like Amazon. Promotions stopped – game over.
Loot or no loot, their CS has horrible. Took 10 and 14 days to reply to my 2 emails.

Niki’s Artificial Intelligence actually helped customer to loot it. The AI system calculated that people are getting poor and it’s time it should do something. So in April 2019, Niki’s AI gave chance to some people to save money. I let it go and didn’t looted because I have U-soul. Aur karo computers ko Artifically Intelligent. AI kisi din Defence System mein naa ghused dena. Agar usse laga ki Sarkaar Janta ko dukhi kar rahi hai toh apne aap ek missile Sansad Bhavan pe daal dega. Trans: Don’t use AI in defence system. Some day it will shoot missile on Imran’s Pakistan by thinking of it as Modi hater. 
Waise bhi kuch offers Nhi tha usme… Shut down is the best option for them
