No 4K Streaming on JioCinema, Help Me Out !

I saw first match in 4K but now I am not able to see Asli 4K option. I have a faster broadband connection. 4K is absent on Mobile App, iOS App, WebOS and on my desktop.

Any way to get 4K streaming option back. I checked on Twitter many users are facing the problem. Help me out here.

JioCinema supports up to 4K/UHD video quality only on supported Smart TVs. Availability of 4K/UHD quality is content specific and does not include all the content on the platform.

I guess it is only supporting on 4k works only on jio tv set top box

You are not missing anything, those who are able to see 4k option including me are also watching in quad 2k max, while selecting 4k video is stuttering/lagging their servers just like fifa wc are not ready to handle so much traffic. Can't complain much since for the time being it is free

There are two options to stream IPl in 4K in TV. One is normal and other is asli 4K. “team vs team - asli 4K” and “team vs team” swipe the pages in jio cinema till you get this 4K option. Only in TV.

Well, well, well, it seems like my 720p TV is trying to pull off some kind of technological sorcery here! How on earth could it be showing an "asli" 4K option while my actual 4K TV is stuck with just full HD? It's enough to make Elon scratch his head!
