No cashback credited for ICICI Amazon Pay CC

The same happened with me as well, i don't know the exact reason but some dimers were saying that icici credited extra CB in previous month so they adjusted this month. 

Please use the search option and you will find many discussion threads regarding this.

How many days over since billing date? Wait for at least a week. Sometimes it takes more time.

ICICI customer support was telling me the same  like given extra  cashback for earlier months. But there was no clear information providing.

I can see that but it says -864

Why is it so hard to understand 🤔 when u have minus balance u dont get anything until that minus balance is sorted. Now people should search for why there was minus balance.lol

I toh didnt recive my Statement even after 7 days....STRANGE!

In my case, for Jan bill, they have shown itemwise cashback earned. This is new and was not there till Dec.

Just now checked in imobile app, all previous years statements also showing individual transaction cashback under 'Reward points' column.
Already everyone aware of this and I'm late to find this ??

But this amount never shows correct value till Dec 2022 😂
