No Cashback from Amazon

Last month near the end took prime subscription and got CB offers on vodafone,JIo, Airtel and the other usual ones ( Old regular account but first time prime ). Recharged JIo and got CB on 30th July.
Recharged vodafone no. on 31st July but got no CB – collected the offer and used UPI.
Today Did not get Rs.40 CB on swiggy offer for prime members – collected the offer at morning and ordered after 3PM .. while paying on amazon website it was not showing the swiggy CB banner but it’s in my collected offers section. Strange !!

Haven’t received for prepaid UPI offer – will contact CC after a day or two.

I also did vodafone recharge today and didn’t get cashback of 40 rupees

A Jio vouchers transaction didn’t gave cb to me.. though cb issued for vodafone offer..
Earlier bugs were like giving cb multiple times.. now situation reversed.. 
My bill payment, for July, cb also not credited so far. They said I’ve already used UPI offer on June month. So I’m not eligible for this.
Don’t care to what they say over chat.. Their CC don’t even understand basic t&c..
Use call & if still don’t find satisfactory result, send a mail to them
Just one caution, never use amazon offer on last/ expiry day. In the past few instances i have not got cb for 30th/31st transaction
Amazon india is a mess with cashbacks.
Yes CC confirmed there is some technical glitch… Cb will be credited in 3 days… Let’s wait hopefully! They ll compensate somehow manually too I believe if v get back… This is legit their backend issue

Ordered at swiggy only recieved Rs 11.
ordered on swiggy today got nothing. Also yesterday for adding apay balance through upi got swiggy 25cb offer email and sms ( on one orime and another non prime account ). But after clicking those links amazon shows offer will be unlocked within 30 minutes .. now it’s over 24 hours and still the same shit. Ever since the talk with getting Rretail’s 9.99 percent stake amazon is acting weirdly.
Was informed that I’ll not be given CB for UPI recharge offer – as I had availed the offer earlier. Which is not true as this was my only recharge for August month.
Wait for a day and then contact cc or you can contact cc now too.
