I've Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium Credit card. And I made the purchase of RS 1,980/- for BPCL Commercial LPG through SC payment portal. This transaction comes under utility payment, but no cashback was given. I've raised the ticket in customer care end. Is anyone facing the same issue?
