No Cashback showing in Amazon

Cashback is not showing at the payment gateway while placing order on Amazon…don’t know which offer if any at all getting applied…as no Cashback is showing….just showing pay and order option.

Yep… UPI cashback does not show on checkout page.. But I got the cb every time.
I have active offers for cashback not just upi ones…but they have altered the payment page…we just pay and order no reflecting of cashback.
Similar boat I’m in. Till yesterday the cashback is displayed before confirming the order. Now, its no more displayed, not sure if it’s a bug. Did you proceed with order?
Now they are giving Instant Cashback
It’s random, for some users it is instant, in some cases it is at the the time of shipping, even one of my order got instant and the other at the time of shipping
This is becoming trickier. I have some specific category based coupons collected. Although I select from that category, earlier it doesn’t used to show the applicable cashback but a different product from the same category used to show cashback. Now I’m confused 
Needless to mention about the assurances from the great customer support
If you are talking about home and kitchen coupon, the product you selected will not have home or kitchen as parent, it must be something like home improvement, industrial supply, that is the reason, i also faced same problem, if your item shows kitchen and home as top parent, it should be applicable
Yeah I agree . I will check each wants item one by one if cashback is showing then will proceed to payment otherwise repeat the same thing.. It is just a time wastage Kinda for loop 
It won’t show even if the product is eligible…no Cashback is reflecting….u have to wait till the product gets shipped.
I got app notification alert yesterday that my collected offers will expire today (means yesterday) so I placed one order for the sake of cashback & I am worried that amazon will pull some trick by dispatching in Feb and not giving cashback. I also had Kitchen Category collected offer but it was not showing. Just the Beauty & Fashion accessories was remaining so I used that
That doesn’t matter AFAIK.. for cb credit order date is used to check eligibility, not the shipping date..
its just that for some users (or sometimes) cashback amount, decided based on order time, is credit after shipping.

Looks like the order flow has changed slightly. The cashback information is showing, but for some reason it is not shown by default.
Big thanks to the software engineers or may be managers? and the so-called features(bugs)

For icici bank debit card , NetBanking svd offer applied and showing cb. CB not showing for Amazon pay icici cards.
Amazon pay ICICI card is not eligible this month for Super Value Days cashack, Confirmed with customer care-
I went ahead and placed an order worth Rs. 3173, each and every product was showing 15% cash back eligibility on checkout page but overall cash back amount was not being shown. I took screenshot of the entire cart and then called their customer care to follow up.
The lady said my order is not eligible as all products are not from pantry. I told her to open any product from my order and check terms, it clearly shows products either from “Super value days store” or “amazon pantry” are eligible and also every product that I ordered shows on product page also about cash back eligibility.
She put the call on hold several times to check with someone and finally said I MIGHT be eligible for cash back and it can be confirmed only after 3 days or so when relevant team investigates and confirms.
No thank you Amazon! I have already been following up for Rs. 1500 cash back I was supposed to get for great indian festival sale order, it’s been a month and still not resolved. Can’t take the hassle of following up for another cash back. I cancelled my order.
Be cautious guys, if cash back is not being shown on checkout screen avoid placing order.
You have lot n lot of patience.. Dealing with Amazon CC for cashback, Great Bro and Kudos for your effort 
Never proceed if cashback is not showing…high chances u won’t get any cashback…better contact cc before placing the order in such cases.
Simple Rule Of Cashback Is If Its Shown At Checkout Then You Will Get It Instantly Or After Dispatch Of Product.
Else Its Waste Of Time To Keeping On Calling/Chatting With Them And Repeating The Same Old Story To Every New Executive Who Comes Up.
Seems they messed up cashabck system. Even for eligible products cashback not showing.

Just now ordered with ICICI amazon pay credit card , Only collected offer cashback was shown on payment page(360). But received both bcashbacks in next 5 minutes.
