no offers in my prime account

I made a new amazon account and activated prime membership using Vodafone offer.
Today I got many offers in my old accounts but not even a single offer on my new prime account.
Forget prime specific offers not even a single offer.
Why it could be so?

Compare to previous month’s these days getting good offers in my prime account
Got nearly 800 rupees for scan and pay and send money offer which was running since 2 months
Lol, all are getting this without Prime.

I have one account without any offer… I doubt that recently I switched account in that mobile. Which might triggered removal of offers 
Amazon is tracking device, use the same app/device on two accounts and u r good to loose offers in both accounts

Prime membership is like paying hourly parking fee in luxurious mall.
I am afraid to say that the accounts which not getting any offers are blacklisted by amazon system by default ,which is an automatic process. There is no time frame that when the offers will be reinstated,some may get reinstate in 1 month,some may in 3 months,some may never.Amazon india development team worked aggressively on this during lockdown period.so, don’t mess with amazon and freecharge, especially while creating new accounts,these two firms won’t block accounts,they block offers which is pain in the A** ,
