Yes , they are showing a timer which is showing 0 hours and 0 minutes left for an update and app mein gift voucher Ka section he Nahi hai !

I have 3,000 miles now.. What is the use of that miles.. Anyone have any idea regarding this?? When they will add giftcard option again

I tried to buy the voucher but then it said that the payment got failed and my intermiles got deducted and didn’t receive the voucher !

12.1.2 Effective 11th December 2020, Base tier members will not be eligible to redeem full miles for gift voucher and fuel. They can however continue to redeem full miles for flights, hotels and dine.
That means who haven’t paid 99 or who are not yet a red tier member
GV are back but the value of points have been reduced. Earlier 500 GV costed 2685 points. Now Amazon 250 GV costs 1450 points, i.e. 2900 pts for 500 GV.
PS – I am Platinum member.
For red tier,it costed 2876 for 500 rupees AGC.They increased by 24 miles,which is still manageable as of now 
We can redeem vouchers by clicking on Purchases ➡️Vouchers➡️Buy vouchers➡️All vouchers
In this procedure we can redeem vouchers☝🏻
One quick question: I am currently Red Tier Member by paying Rs:99/-. Lets say i achieve 15000 miles by end of the 12 months of becoming red tier, will i be converted to Silver Tier Member or once it reached 10K miles, my membership will be renewed with red tier member only..?
