No response from Customer Support

I ordered through 100% Cashback so for me price was such a low that I should not complaint about any thing. Sunglasses in less than RS 10.

But My review is after ignoring 100% cashback offer.
Price is higher compared to product Quality.
Website is not well designed. Filter options are very less to sort products.
Shipping & packaging was good.
But Pathetic customer service.
No response from customer support in last 3 weeks regarding missing cases for sunglasses in one order.
When customer support does not respond at all then i think return & replacement will also not work.

After many followups confirmed on 3rd Nov that courier detail will be shared on that day itself.

Now on 12th Nov , response was
“We would like to inform you that it will not be possible for us to deliver the cases again "

Now a new response when i posted review on google play store :

" They are saying whenever I place a new order of sunglasses , i remind them of my this situation and they will “TRY” to dispatch additional cases with that order"

Looks funny to me . “TRY”
