I have paid my rent today using nobroker.in and I am doing this for more than 6 months.
It used to credit instantly and but now it did not.
My query is, Is it instant payment now Or not?

You are right.
They credited after 18hrs. I don’t know the reason, it was supposed to be instant.

Sometimes it takes upto 48 hours and occasionally they may ask rent agreement also.
For me I paid 3 days back and it was instant
