nobroker payment description in landlord's account?

I wanted to know how does the transaction reflect in landlord’s account? I’m having little confusion dealing with my landlord with my rental payments.
I’m sure most of us are here to self-rental payments. Can any one get me how does the transaction appear in the landlord’s account? Like tenant name or only transaction reference number they provide on the email to the tenant?

it gives just upi transaction id / corporate nodal no rent specific info.

if you pay directly into account number
if you pay to upi id
NRP MEANS no broker rent pay followed by the the transaction id . you can get the transaction id after paying rent.
