Not able to add SBI cards referral Amazon voucher

it needs to be redeemed. they must have sent a link along with the code in the email/sms. I redeemed points for amazon vouchers recently and got link like this: https:// txp2. in /.... the url are mostly unique for each code.

Just update if you guys get any resolution

after how many days do we get the referral voucher? 

I have referred a friend and his card was approved 3 months ago. Still, no gv received. When I check the app it shows 500rs earned- 1 successful referral. 

Same here, Amazon gift e-code not correct. Level-1 Customer care couldn't help at all, escalated to Nodal officer. TAT 09.10.2022. Many are facing this issue. I don't know what SBI referral team ks doing. Why are they sending wrong e-codes which are not at all what Amazon gift voucher should look like. Some TX1234567890 code!!!

Got a call from ticket express guy stating the same issue that sbi guys have not shared the link and pin and shared the voucher code directly with you. So pathetics these sbi guys are.

This is so terrible! So every single one of SBI card customers is getting fake/invalid voucher codes since last month? No one got a genuine working code that they could redeem on Amazon India (Amazon.in) ??

Is this issue only for referral vouchers? Any other voucher e.g. when you get a new SBI card - is that voucher also invalid/in some other format?

I referred my wife and her card is approved. In SBI Card app it is showing that the referral is not eligible for rewards. Anybody else had this issue?

@Knight11 Seems you got the voucher through RBI obudsman help. Could you tell us how so that it can be beneficial for members on this post?

Finally recieved the ticket express link plus the pin to redeem the Amazon voucher after raising it with RBI ombudsman process. Directly recieved a mail from nodal office with link and pin. Thanks a lot @Knight11

So I got another coupon today from SBI card 😃.. Seems my trick worked. I had referred myself 😅 so got two amazon vouchers. Successfully grabbed 2nd year fees for my Cashback credit card..

Finally I have received the Amazon voucher with link and pin after following up 3 months from SBI

Referred my mom for sbi cashback card. I received 500 gc 15-20 days ago and she received 500 gc today without any follow-up.
