Not able to add SBI cards referral Amazon voucher

I just received message from SBI cards related to 500 amazon referral voucher but that voucher is not in format what amazon accepts for gift cards. Any idea how can I add it?? Format of code is TX followed by 10 numeric digits like TX1234567890

I am quite surprised and equally disappointed that I have to escalate it to the highest authority and still awaiting resolution for a simple issue. My referral Amazon gift voucher worth Rs 500 is still awaited. Surprisingly I had received one sms with from SBI supposedly with an Amazon gift code on 25.09.2022, but it didn't gave correct Amazon E-code, instead some wrong code in the format which looked like TX1234567890 was provided in that SMS. So, please tell me how can I redeem this e-gift code in AMAZON without a correct gift voucher code? I even had a word with Ticket Express customer care (who issues these gift vouchers on behalf of Sbi cards), they said that they are able to check from my registered mobile number that Amazon gift voucher was indeed shared with SBI cards, so I need to contact with u guys to get correct Amazon e-gift code. Hope that now you understand my issue clearly. Pls go through trailing mails for further information, and get this resolved ASAP. Also, do provide this gift code to my referee also. I am ready to share relevant screenshots and SMSes with you if required for further investigation. Thanks.

SBI is weird. Sends EV code from tracking which doesn't work anywhere. Now TX code for vouchers.

I raised a complaint on twitter and person called me. They have taken my complaint but god knows what will happen since its SBI. Also I have referred myself so they might catch me and cancel my referral 😂😂😂

it needs to be redeemed. they must have sent a link along with the code in the email/sms. I redeemed points for amazon vouchers recently and got link like this: https:// txp2. in /.... the url are mostly unique for each code.

But they have not mentioned anything like that in the sms. They have given link for amazon to add the voucher directly which is weird.

after how many days do we get the referral voucher? 


I have referred a friend and his card was approved 3 months ago. Still, no gv received. When I check the app it shows 500rs earned- 1 successful referral.

I received a call from SBI and they triggered the txp2.in and PIN messages which I thought were for the referral. But then I realised they triggered the ones from my redemption and not referral. I excitedly came here to tell you guys but I was wrong

Same here, Amazon gift e-code not correct. Level-1 Customer care couldn't help at all, escalated to Nodal officer. TAT 09.10.2022. Many are facing this issue. I don't know what SBI referral team ks doing. Why are they sending wrong e-codes which are not at all what Amazon gift voucher should look like. Some TX1234567890 code!!!

Same here. But would like to add one update here. I contacted Ticket Xpress team through email enquiryAT accentiv co in, next day they called me to inform that referral based 500rs Amazon voucher has been generated for you, and they have sent it to Sbi cards (which is their client). As per them I should have received some link and a PIN via email and sms, but SBI goofed up and sent that TX1234567890 type code instead of EGV redemption link with PIN. So TicketXpress told me to escalate with SBI about it, as TX can't send me voucher redemption link directly as I am a third party for them. You can also mail ur concern with TX team, and mark CC to customercare AT sbicard com and nodalofficer AT sbicard com as well as refer AT sbicard com, from your registered email id only.

Dear what's update on your side? Did Twitter team resolved your issue. You may read my update in previous post. I advice you to drop a mail to Ticket Xpress team also. And mark a mail to Sbi card customer care team, sbi Nodal officer too.

Do mention your registered mobile no. and SBI interaction/ticket no. (In case u have registered your concern with SBI CARDS) also in the mail as a footnote, so that Sbi customer care team can easily track your matter, and take it up with TX team.
