Not able to carry out transaction in HDFC bank

It is asking me to contact bank, but I am not able to speak to customer care.
I don't know why they have stopped transaction in my account.
Can someone help on this / tell a trick or method to contact their customer care.

Have tweeted them but no response yet from their end
Your account may have gotten blocked temporarily.
Try changing your NetBanking password and see if things work after that.
Let me give it a shot , won’t hurt trying

Facing similar issue with Axis Credit card.
Had card limit of 1.8 lacs which they reduced suddenly last month to 30k but even that is unusable. When I tried swiping today, it says there is debit balance (negative) of 13k when I havent used the card since lockdown and I had cleared the total outstanding of around 1.3 Lacs last month. Not able to contact support.
PS: In my latest statement (24h Apr), i have credit balance of 28k whereas when I check thru netbanking, it says debit balance of 13k but no unbilled transactions!

Had visited branch, they had blocked the
debit as they found some suspicious UPI transfer in my account. So they asked a letter and have reactivated my account now.
PS : Ventured our after 45 plus days , felt like going to a new world. It was so peaceful outside. The streets were less crowded , absolutely no traffic.
And can you please tell us what was that suspicious UPI transaction did you carry out from your end?
