I received sbi cb card 4 days ago but i am not able to change mobile number or email id tbrough sbi card app. It shows due to internal security reasons we are unable to process your request. Anyone can help?

i was facing same error from mobile app within 2nd months but eventually changed it successfully from the desktop website.
