Not able to make Credit Card payment using Debit card at PAYTM

Friends, I am not able to make credit card bill payment using Debit card through Paytm app since last 1 week. Was able to do it last month. Is there any issue with the same? Or like Amazon,Paytm too removed the feature which allowed credit card bill payment using Debit card?

Any other option than Mobikwik . Please give me suggestion.
I can not trust mobikwik. Amount will be blocked for months or may not get at all.
