Tried paying sbi cc with plat dc via billpay.
But it's saying the biller is successfully registered. But unable to pay because of some issue in the billers end.
What is the issue here? I have paid to this card from other apps.

Use SBI unipay website (open through desktop/laptop) - https://customer.sbiunipay.sbi/CustomerPortal/q...
popup window will open and enter any mobile number and login.
without login you cant pay custom amount,
go to credit card >> SBI Card and pay using HDFC Platinum debit card.
Transaction category - Utility. you will get your 1% cashback upto Rs750 per month.

Paid 17k sbi bill with this method, and balance got deducted from hdfc platinum dc, but transaction failed.
