Not getting Monthly amazon offers in my Amazon rewards section

Since March i am not getting Monthly bill payment offers on amazon, like 50rs cashback on Dth, broadband, Lpg, and other bill payment offers. I remember before March 2020 these offers used to show up in my rewards section regularly.  others offers like uber, swiggy and other seasonal offers have been reduced significantly.
I asked amazon cc regarding this and they said my account is fine and it is not blacklisted. Does anyone else facing these issue here, do you guys know what’s wrong with my account. This is my primary account tough.

account is flagged for multiple account usage.. do not use same card in multiple account and keep using this account for order etc
You will get rewards after atleast 3 month now

What do you mean by multiple account usage? Do u mean iam using my account on multiple devices or iam using multiple accounts on same device.
And well I am using two amazon accounts on my phone, I have app cloner installed on my phone.

You are not alone bro… But as @nomag mentioned it’s probably because of multiple ip’s for same account…
In my case I shared my primary account with my friends for Prime video… After 1 month , it resulted in no bill offers or UPI offers as u mentioned, Not even on Prime day
Then changed the password, talked to CC a couple of times as u did… Didn’t help me either, so created a new account… End of story
Amzn/Fkrt CC sucks

P.S. Its been 6 months, the offers never came back

Same here.. Although still using the same account as it’s the primary account and a very old account

Now I don’t have to check Amazon for account specific offers as I know I won’t get any stuck_out_tongue

Same here, from last month. Gas cylinder offer is here but no DTH, mobile or bill payment offer anymore. I’ve been getting this offers for so so long that it became like an obvious thing at beginning of every month, that confidence that I would surely get the offers.

No multiple account usage or anything, I only login to my account from my phone and mum’s account from her own.

Bro. Not just u . They just stopped giving mobile n DTH offers for most.. Only very few people r getting those offers.. That too max ₹25 only.

Now I know the reason why I am not getting offers in my main account. And since its years old account, it’s obvious we will be using in multiple devices for different reasons like new mobiles, laptop and tabs etc and having 2-3 diff type devices as well for Kindle, Prime etc also. Stupid Amazon.

Same for me…Hardly any offers for recharge or bill payments ..
Using Gpay or PayZapp now for my bill payments/recharges

A returning customer is like a ghar jamai, you are taken for granted.

Stop shopping for a month at least, more if possible.

I also observed reduce in offers and found if I have availed the offer for continuous 2-3 months, the discount is reduced or not available. Recent example was train booking discount or credit card payment offer. Solution is only to check in other accounts or maintain 2 prime account stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes

Everything comes to an end for greater good,i was used around 50A/c’s in same device either in app or browsers by changing ip’s ,browsers etc etc..till October i felt i was safe.infact i got offers too.From October az system started blocking offers though i take all necessary precautions.since most offers from amazon are related to upi now a days.no need to bother at all.but not getting offers in 3 upi linked accounts.that’s bothering me 😜😌

You have 50 amazon accounts scream. Yeh konsi loot macha rahe ho bhai grinning. There is no need to open multiple amazon accounts, you can make more out of amazon offers with 3 or 4 accounts.
And how are you changing your ip address.

Well i faced same issue until i activated 1 year prime through vodafone (some trick link, no idea about it) and bang! Offers came back in 3-4 days. Got recharge offer also. Then due to some reason that prime membership got cancelled and within 3-4 days all offer were removed from account. Recently that vodafone bug came back and again i activated 1 year prime last month around 25 November and guess what offers are back again. Also recharge offer (10-300 cb) sunglasses

Exactly same thing with my primary account in July few days after my annual prime expiry.I was lucky that it happened before renewing prime.Exactly same rewards section shows for me.
I use just 2accounts(both 5yrs old), one in app & other in browser confused
