Not Received Refund from amazon

I have ordered HP 14s dy2506tu from amazon by visa debit card provided Kotak Mahindra Bank. I have placed the order on 23 October 2022 but it was not delivered until 20 November 2022. So I cancelled it on conforming it by their customer care. But have not received the refund until now of amount 34,990 rupees. Now they are refusing to give refund reference number because I have registered a complain to Kotak Mahindra Bank. So what should I do next to get my refund. Kotak Mahindra Bank is refusing that they have not received any refund from amazon and told me contact them only. I have file a complaint with consumer helpline portal and its maximum date is 45 days and then I can go to the physical court. What do you think I should do next. ECR team is also not providing me the refund reference number.

Chargeback the transaction as refund never processed then they will follow the path back to payment processor of amazon for refund ,its tech fault at bank end
