I am not receiving fuel surcharge waiver on my HDFC millennia debit card, earlier i used to receive it but i am no longer getting any.

Surcharge waiver and digital incentive are different, right? From my experience, the surcharge including GST is credited back only when the POS machine belongs to the same bank. Somewhere I also read that if the POS machine belongs to a different bank, the surcharge would be credited back as and when the other bank credits it to your bank. Lately, I only use Rupay debit card to pay for fuel.

Same on my Axis card. I saw a post by @abhishek012 regarding some fuel waiver removed by govt./banks. Until then I was not charged any surcharge but now 1% is being charged with no reversal
