Hello Dimers

I recently bought Nothing Ear1 wireless TWS less than a month ago. Very sparingly used.

I started facing some issue in the right ear bud few days back when it would suddenly run out of charge and die. Today it completely died. Neither getting connected nor showing in the app. I am left frustrated.

The right earbud is totally dead. Tried resetting and everything. Latest firmware and it dies just like that. Extremely disappointed.

Need support with Replacement. Any dimer having any experience. Will they repair and give me back or will I get a new replacement in this case.

Will be visiting Service Center tomorrow. Will update the thread based on my experience. A quick run through negative comments on Flipkart reveals this is indeed a very common issue where a lot of people have faced the same issue of right earbud going dead out of nowhere.

Update : Went to service centre. They replaced it and handed me a brand new sealed box 😀

Anyone who faces this issue. Call on their toll free number, raise a complaint, visit local service centre, and get it replaced. That simple and straightforward.

There is no concept of repair for these ear buds. Only replacement. Process is smooth.

We get brank new box and if the stock is available, they will replace it over the desk or they will call us back when it back in stock

bought it a year ago, and just days after the warranty period, my right ear died. Is there any repair center for Ear 1 ??

Try local technician, they might be able to do something if the issue is related to battery or something basic.

Note: Disassembly of Nothing ear (1) is very easy (glue they used to attach the transparent plastic back is not strong enough)
