Dear Customer,

Request you to please record a maximum 15-second video (a file size of not more than 10MB) of yourself holding your PAN card and then holding your Aadhar Card next to your face.
Make sure that the front and back of your PAN card and Aadhar Card is clearly visible in the video.
Send the video from your registered email address to our customer care email address [email protected] . Request you to mention your registered mobile number and your mother's maiden name on the body of the email.
Our internal investigation committee would review the same and if everything is fine, your account would be unblocked in 5-7 business days.

Yeah it was blocked alright.
Now it is closed also. They didn't even call. Just like 3 days notice. Lol.
It was nice to have a LTF platinum rupay card.
Now received the following mail:
This is to inform you that your NSDL Payments Bank Account XXXXXX has been closed due to incomplete KYC. You had opened a limited KYC account based on Aadhaar OTP. As per RBI’s regulatory guidelines, a limited KYC account needs to be upgraded to a Full KYC account within a year of account opening date. Since you have not upgraded your account to full KYC within the given timeframe, we are forced to close your limited KYC account.
