Hello Dimers,

Need your suggestions on how to resolve the issue. My NSDL card Rupay Platinum is not working on Amazon, I have been trying to do add money (since last Friday) but it fails every time. Have sufficient balance to do the transaction and E-com is also enabled. On Paytm, add money works fine.

Any idea on what could be the issue?

Issue resolved plus1 I refreshed the Ecom, Contactless option and limit (it was enabled but still disabled and enabled again), then it worked

Tried it, facing same issue. Now the card is not being saved as the transaction is not getting successful.

Yes, NSDL sometimes disabled ecom transactions for old users. I already shared many times.

Please read what I mentioned, it was already active.. I just refreshed smile

It was working on Paytm add money so it means Ecom was enabled right. May be it was some temporary issue with Amazon.
