The Commission awarded the complainant Rs 30,000 for mental agony and harassment caused to him, Rs 10,000 towards punitive damages on Amazon, and Rs 5,000 towards the cost of litigation.

Nothing gonna happen ..as Amazon won’t gonna leave this matter ..They will appeal in National Commission and then in supreme court …by the time litigant won’t have resources and time to fight it ..and it will languish for next 10 yrs …This is india ..not US
