A lady called me today from Chennai office of icici.(salary team) ... She had all the details that only bank can have like company email and all..... Was offering me coral ltf.... As I have salary account with them.... Have anyone got cards like this....??? She just asked to send that ast sms.....
If it is pre approved it should show in you imobile or netbanking also.100% surety. Sending ast means they want to do cibil enquiry. Not 100% sure of approval.
Whenever I raise issues for CC, I get calls from Hyderabad. Company email etc. may be found through other means IMO. I would suggest checking in iMobile or net banking and also insisting on emails if you get the call again.
As per past dd thread they need this if you need cc as atleast you need to provide some kind of consent. What in case later you denied such applications
I am holding an ICICI Salary Wealth account since 25 years, but ICICI never offered any premium or Coral credit card to me lifetime free. Although I got it lifetime free separately through an agent. Don't trust such phone calls, first check if it came from a landline or not (whether its actually from ICICI Employee). While giving consent make sure you mention in writing that I will accept only if its lifetime free. Other than Airport/Railway lounge access no other significant benefit in this card

When i got the pre-approved offer (Coral LTF) ,the bank executive called me only to inform that there exists one cc offer for my savings account and that i need to check iMobile to apply for the same. If they insist you to apply for it via phone (Share OTP*) then consider it to be Fake LTF offer by third party agents
So I went forward..... Trying my luck... And my card is approved now... Need to see the limit and ltf status.... No documents asked.... Nothing

Ask them to send agent from your near by bank branch. He will show ltf in his mobile app and take photo of that.

Coral 99% of time given ltf only. It's icicis entry level basic card.
