Hy Dimers No Offers Coming On My Amazon Account I Talked With CC But They Just Saying Offers Was User Specific We Can’t Do Anything , Any One Have Idea Why This Is Happening. Thanks In Advance

Some offers are promotional offers. Like for users which don’t buy much on Amazon. And some are for prime and some for non prime account. I also have same issue of not getting any user specific offer in my account.
