Offline shopkeeper selling amazon firestick at cheaper price ? howcome ?

I was in the offline market for some reason which rarely happens i went to a multi brand electronic shop they had amazon fire tv stick and other echo devices so asked them the price of full hd fire stick tv and i was surprised they were selling it for 2999 and amazon is selling it for 3999 how come that is possible ?
PS – I got my fire tv stick for free from RBl Bank for reaching there milestone target in 2 months
