Even the refund is not getting credited

Mine last month cashback not credited so far escalated to higher level ! will update you once received the resolution

I just got an sms earlier today

Dear Cardholder, we regret to inform you that there will be a delay in
the transfer of Reward Points to your Ola Money wallet. A technical
upgrade is being undertaken by Ola Money, which started from 11 Nov '22
and will continue till 30 Dec '22. Reward Points on your spends made
during this period with your Ola Money SBI Credit Card will be credited
to your Ola Money Wallet by 31 Dec '22, after completion of the upgrade.
