If petrol pump accept phone pe then you can use phone pe + payzapp card. Then there is no charge

Paytm, payzapp and mobikwik do not accept the everyday card. Not sure about petrol pumps. Haven’t tried it there.

I don’t see any option to avail that card in ola money section. I am having more than 10k postpaid balance.
