Ola Postpaid+ removed false late payment reported to Credit Buerous

Ola postpaid+ finance partner Aditya Birla Finance had reported some 3 late payments to credit buerous from Aug,2021 to Oct,2021. My credit scores tanked badly and even Experian went into 600’s. I raised a closure of my Ola postpaid+ account and After numerous complaints, now my latest Experian report doesn’t show Aditya Birla Finance at all. Missing reports are gone, but so as the reports by ABFL and Experian report has increased by 80 points.
Is this how an incorrect report gets removed? The loan entry gets vanished completely?
Pls suggest.

the entries can be removed by the CLIs, in your case ABFL might have removed the entries upon the complaints
The loan entry stays bro for many years, even in case of late payments or defaults.
How well has your score recovered now ?
ABFL had some issues at their end. It seems a whole lot of users got their scores screwed bcz of that. My score has recovered by 80 points. I had raised complaint with Ola customer care only, not with Experian.
Even in my case ABFL reported a late payment in Sep 2021, after complaining to ABFL they corrected it seems.
Even I can’t find ABFL entry in latest experian report but after complaining and ABFL correction experian score improved by 150 points. Couldn’t see latest CIBIL report as I don’t have any paid subscription.
you must have raised the issue with Experian. Seems some technical issue at their end.
One missing payment was reported for me and i raised a complaint and it got fixed in 1 month time

No this is not normal. Even in my latest Experian, it is vanished. I think some bug, it will come back.
