OlaCabs - Booked Mini Ride and got a WagonR

Hey guys, need some help from regular ola users
Today booked cabs twice from ola and selected Mini category but still got a WagonR (Micro Category) both the times, does this happen regularly with Ola ?
Also would contacting customer service be any good in this case ?
Note- The fare of both Micro and Mini was showing equal because Micro cabs were farther than Mini ones

I think WagonR is in micro as well as mini category.
Didnt know this, thought of having an amaze or indigo
wagonR runs in both mini and micro category…i have a car given in ola..its confirmed.
In micro only eon,nano and alto is there
For sedan cabs it is completely there choice whether to accept micro or mini (since fares are lower, they rarely accept micro, for mini they at times accept if they are seating ideal for long time)
Similarly for suv they have option to accept sedan category.
You can click on icon of each cab type to see which cars fall in which category. Example sedan has Dzire and etios

Never happened with me till now..
All Micro/Mini/Prime cars assigned were of the respective category..
But this guys are shameful in canceling the rides when needed and yeah no CC will be helpful at those times..
That’s y have stopped using them and use auto..
With Ola/Uber-Normal Fare-160/Peak Fare-200+
With Auto-Max to Max 70 even in traffic..
