For driver denying services.
In their they had actually mentioned that they cahrge cancellation.

When first time i did i thought my money will be debited and called cc.

But they used to accpet their mistake earliest of all.

Don’t say what would you do with the money you had in ola account.. You could have easily sold it here at a discount of 25%-40%..

As far as ola is concerned, i feel you have utilized the amount of money that you had put in.. Besides whenever we signup there are always those tiny little words written which say “The management can change its policies without prior notices”

But yes if they had offerred me money I put in I would accept that then and there!

When they did not provide me services I always wrote them a mail and ofcourse I wrote knowing that they may give 300 credits.

I was literally disheartened many times as right now!

If its not true anyways i will lose the case but I know 100% i will win it.
Ola will have to say sorry for me for playing with me and my money!

Also before this atleast there was one thing good about them which I already mentioned that was They were the first to accept their mistakes and always replied to mail.
I appreciated them for that.
I even wrote appreciation mails to them but no other cab because it was rare for them to give a good service.
Others were regular in that.

It not somewhere It was every where I wanted to get compensation for torturing me all the time.

I am a guy of morals and whats promised.
I take companies to the core they promised.
I was virtually selling them my 15k odd taxi money to the amount I paid.
But they denied.
Yes I was happy of getting 300 in the begining but soon I realised when I travel virtually amount doubles!
I travelled for 200. amount used to go up by 500!!
This was the efficiency of ola drivers!
And this is a fact!
there was such day whenever i travelled ,my amount would decrease!
It always went up!
If not through home.
Ola denied services back home and vice versa!
I realised that there will be no end to this and ola would continue to do so!

After reading all the posts , I just came to one simple conclusion , EVERYONE HERE IN THIS FORUM , after reading Rs.15K, thinking OP is a fraud , or he is fool or not genuine, and thats wrong my friends
A simple fact is that he added Rs.4600 , which got doubled , implies 9200 , and he is saying he got around Rs.20000 implies Rs.10800 if We assume that the money earned was from referals , implies 108 Referals, THATS Impossible , and if it was possible, then ola would have blocked his account , months back , so this means , he got by the multiplies of Rs.300 from CC
Now just think 10800/300 = 36, lets just count it , one two three four five six seven , ohh duck…, pagal ho gya hu mai kya..?? , 36 is a very big amount , NO CC is that mad , that is will give Rs.300 compensation continuously for 36 times, without any reason , which implies he is saying the truth , there would have been problems , because of it he got this much amount.
He said he wanted ola to improve their services , whats wrong in that?
Even I wanted to improve the companies , that I liked the most, If Ola would have improved the services, WHICH THEY SHOULD HAD DONE! , he would have got the benift, of utilizing his money properly , There is no fun in booking 5 times , and then get a cab (See I gets irritated even if ONE SINGLE Driver denies the duty,for WHATSOEVER reason, so just think what he would have felt .. :/ )
Now for the reason , why he hadnt given up OLA , after these many complains . , THE SIMPLE REASON Rs.4600 , or to be logical atleast Rs.9200 . Rs.5000 is a considerable amount of money, which no one would like to loose is anyway, its just a human tendency to try again and again , thinking maybe the next time everything would be alright , If I would have paid the Amount of Rs.4600, by my bank , then I would also had tried atleast 100 times..
The reason that I think, why your account got blocked was 10800 (300*36), It would not be the CC , but the System , that would have flagged your account .
See in every system like this , there is a check for the accounts which have a lot of credits , and if your account have a lots of credits , then it goes for a verification , as of how this credits were accumulated , and might seeing so many complaint’s compensation the system flagged your account and blocked you .
Now all you can do is to complain in the consumer forums , and continuously email then , atleast once a day , asking about your account

I can suggest one Solution (Which worked for me with FK )
I had one FF Account with lots of wallet money (mostly due to their Fake seller listing cancellation (Not Book) ). One day their incompetent system flagged my account due to some reason. I have asked for reason and clarify them. Even they agreed and understood . But they were neither in position to reopen same account or refund my FF Subscription money (Every time i used to call them and ask for reopen/refund together).
One Fine day , i just called them and asked for refund for FF money (Simple reason – I m not happy with service didn’t discuss about account status). voila it worked. They took band details and transfer FF subscription money to bank account for that blocked account.

Try doing same. Just call them ask for your own money.

I truly agree with what you have said. Ola is really a mess. The drivers are so stupid, they just don’t pick calls and even if you make them pick(by calling a 100 times), they just say that they wont come. Then you feel so betrayed that you have to call or mail CC about the same. Ola CC is no where less, they also have a stupid reply everytime and give a credit of 300 Rs saying “Goodwill”. What kinda goodwill is that. Something should be done against them. Rahul, we are with you!! Do something..

Its a good platform for bringing out a change. Also you should file a complaint in the Consumer Forum as this is a clear case of betrayal from OLA.

I guess the services in chennai is too good. I have booked cab at all times and it never happened to me that the driver cancelled.

Twitter is trending with ola now,this is a good time to get some attention. Tweet them with the proof and ask for 4600*2 in an ola account or 4600 in bank.

Tell them clearly that you are gonna go to consumer court and you will get back the amount plus for damages.

There is no expiry for wallet money, you should have waited after a few bad experiences.

For that, they want more orders, so they gives more discounts, but they don’t care about services.

Though this shows that they just deducted 10919.

This was a glitch in between their technical system months back where they used to show that they deducted the whole amount in the system but it would not deduct actually.
But baance would remain same.

I even mailed them and asked them what is this and what kind of invoice is this.
I was then relaxed that it is not actually deducted.
This is of january where I had 10919.

I know its not a proof.

The audience here were not believing he just gave them a very logical understanding to them.

I waited for months yaar!!!
Putting above 4k in november i wanted to use it. but it was pathetic.
I waited few months untill jan 2015.
Then weneva me mom etc had to go from auto we booked ola as we had already had so much in it. exactly above 9k!
It was only after few months of putting money i got my first goodwill of rs300.
I even did not knew abt it.
Actually after putting so much money i only came to know much abt these cabs and services and hence started use nd more.
I started to go on cab instead of on my bike.
In between uber also came and came with a good scheme where i did many referrals..
uber was far more better still i had to book ola first as i had payed so much and uber wud nt ride free after free credits are over!

There was no end of wait.
I pleaded i tried to improve,
I asked the driver.
I asked uber drivers i asked taxi for sure drivers why ola does so.
Got one good answer that ola came first and all drivers are from villages.
they said sab gramin area se hai .. unko jyada app ni chalane aati aur sbjne apni gaadi lagayi h.. vo bhi nhi.. unhe mtlb ni incentive se plus ola ki 1000 se upr gaadiyan toh manage ni ho paa rha unse!

now ola has over 1600 vehicles and btw ola drivers are currently on strike as they stopped incentives.
Ola stopped incentives which is very good as their drivers did not deserve that incentives.
I used to wonder why drivers dont come with such huge incentives.

In the end I would say kitna wait karu bahi!!
4-5 mahine mein dusri cabs se jyada travel kiya bajaye ki ola jbki paise ola mein 15k the!!
And why should i wait!
plus for how long.

I know that ola money has no expiry that why had put 4600 from bank!
I also knew they are available in many cities!
Delhi mein gaya tha use ki thi shaandar service thi.

I dont have any better explanation or do not think i should have waited more.
I do not regret that may be if i would have waited they would not have blocked.

What had to be done was done by me.
Ola will have to suffer and i posted not only fr my selfish reasons but also for other to know and beaware of what is this company and i want to win the case so that ola doesnt betray anyone else easily.

received a mailback and answer from ola.
but its not a positive one though.

I received few updates.
first theyb said i broke clause v.
then they said i did something.
then about 1 hour ago , i called cc and tried to get my money back as one guy suggested.
but the guys on cc cut the phone and talked rudely when he came to knew account is suspended.
I felt really really bad.
but then i again called the i told the guy this time that account is suspended.
and this guy told that it is blocked due to high cancellations i told him that this is because of you,
He said it would be activated if you want but that would contain zero balance and you will have to contact mail persons!
I asked him him to arrange a call back as i did not want zero balance.
1st pref: 4600 back in my bank account as i hate ola now.
2nd pref: whole money back in ola accnt.

I need your input whom to trust. i beleive phone agent was right as why my account is blocked as he sounded a good guy.

I feel sorry for you man. I have a feeling that OLA is not taking your mails seriously. Look at their replies to your email, it looks premeditated. Looks like they have come to a conclusion that you have abused their system. I would suggest you to write a strongly worded email to their CEO with each and every detail and explain it clearly that you have been wronged by them.If you don’t get a reply from him, move to a consumer court with all the details.

I still cant get it why you are not a filing a case in consumer forum…
Its more of a forum and less of a court..
You have already lost the money over there.. So proceed to the court. It will cost you mere 100rs.. That’s it.. Even a complaint on a piece of paper will be enough to file the case..
And those court orders n notice would be helpful in taking their class on social media

And yaa, one more suggestion to you, very important.

I asked them numerous time for their seniors mails. akosha mein daala h. hope they have contact of their seniors. kahi se mil jae toh maaja aa jae.
