- We have old Videocon TV(ddbtvvkv40fh17xkh) - 40 inch(9 yr old) it's speaker are giving cracking sound when high pitch beats/background music.
- Checked locally, they say will replace with 1500rs speaker but won't be like original. Original they say might not be able to find, if found will cost 2500-3000rs.
- One guy suggested to buy soundbar/external-speakers. I am also planning to move in this direction. What will be best VFM soundbar or external speakers. TV does not have bluetooth but jio STB support bluetooth so ideally want to have wired(or both support) option(but again I do not see 3.5mm jack on panel).
TIA

Thanks for suggestion - will buy this if nothing else pops up by tomm. Hope it will work for TV's remaining life. Don't want to re-purchase another bar, worried as AZ basic products are generally not that good(I think they just brand some cheap-okish product and grab the margins).
I have an 8 year old Videocon LCD TV too and the speaker quality was pretty mediocre even when it was new. Been using an even older Logitech 2.1 computer speakers and it is more than adequate in the apartment.
If buying a new soundbar invest in a good one that you can use for your next TV too.
Why not use the exchange offer to get a new one during the BBD sale?
I would suggest a soundbar. You can then use it even after you've disposed off this Videocon.
I have this https://tinyurl.com/yf...bp connected to my TV; comes with two speakers and two 'subwoofers' and I am happy.
Is generally around 3500/-, I purchased for 32xx after discounts.
