I made ~150 attempts in the last one week but didn't get ani tech. Thats gr8 you got it yesterday. Please update here at what % they provide cashback for this txn.


Also if ola want to exclude 7%, I think they would exclude these merchant ids from wallet load (what we are currently seeing) than making it 1%cb and using these ids exclusively for cabs

I'm trying from the past 5 days and more than 100 times, not even a single time I got Ani tech/ olacabs

Every time I'm only getting ola money Zipcash only 

for me 1000 ola money is credited dont know whats happening got mail as someone raised complaint with other number

I received this 1000 as compensation from ola for complaint to rbi ombudsman against ola regarding ola wallet money deduction due to pan usage in two accounts they refunded wallet money to my bank account after complaint now gave 1k compensation rbi working well

Ya wil try for airtel axis card next time, after complaint to rbi within 1 week they credited money to bank account very Swift response from ola after that n compensation too

I asked them, if they took the 85rs extra for Chai Paani, said they have escalated it and can expect a reply in 3 days.


About the merchant name thing, guess someone in the other thread has tried 250 times and got zipcash only.

Atm I dont have balance in ola, so if cb is coming then only i will load and see how much they deduct.
Havent received cb on 1100 from last cycle. I have received around 500 extra in last few months.

Exactly the same thing I thought. As I did not remember the balance, so I just sort of ignored it. It's when they deducted 980 I got alerted. I raised it with the cc and they said the same thing as you mentioned.

Check this 

SBI started to explicitly mention that they can add negative balance to credit card accounts anytime (Even after closure request : CC gets de-activated but not the account). This might not happen with OLA CCs (Only deducting pending cashback as of now, not wallet balance)

Recent cashback earning worth 236 converted to zero. CB entry turned zero. Means they recovered 236. 

And in the past (ref:Original post) they have made a direct debit entry as a purchase of amount 1085. 

Seems like rules are for private banks only. PSU, Semi-Government doesn't seem to care. They can do whatever to cover their mistakes.

And guess what this 236 is also a upfront discount offer purchase means I am not eligible for cashback as per their new rule. 

But they will correct it after 2 years. 😂
