Uninstall the App and reinstall OneCard once again and try.

Tried that still getting same error.. twitter response was also similar.

My CIBIL is never fetched since I installed, reinstalled, tried whatever for months, complaining with screenshot didn't solve anything. Only Experian data shows...

When did it start to happen? After an upgrade?

Might be solved by a later upgrade I guess or your firmware might be playing foul with updated version.

You can also try switching wifi off and open it while mobile data is active.

I am also facing same issue. Recieved a mail about excess credit refund to my linked bank account, didn't ask for refund but since then I can't login Onecard app. Yet to receive the refund.

Have you guys mentioned this refund case and then the following login issue to OneCard support?

Looks like a bug triggered by excess refund.

I have got the refund as well yet not able to login. And Yes, @agnivo007 i have mentioned this to Onecard support already, they said they are checking it and will update me soon. Definitely excess credit refund triggered this, confirmed with the people facing same issue.

If you have login or account related issue, please check the following steps.

- The One Card server may be down and that is causing the login/account issue. Please try logging in after few minutes.
- Your wifi / mobile data connection not working properly. Please check your data connection.
- You may be trying with wrong login credentials. Please confirm the details that you are entering is correct.
- If you're using third-party social networks to login such as facebook, twitter, google etc, check whether that service is working properly by visiting their official website.
- Your account may be banned or deactivated for activities. Please read error messages.

Bro it happened with me many times when i was using Jio. After changing the network to BSNL it was working. Try using some other network and let me know if u r able to login.

This was not a network issue..more of credit refund issue from their end. These are all basic things which I've done. Anyway , on the same network it worked for brothers card and not for mine. It was not a generic issue but more of an account specific issue.
